REFUND POLICY

As ROC operates as a charitable organization and accepts donations in support of its programs, ROC does not offer the return of donations; however, it will always respect and follow the intent of your donation by providing charitable humanitarian assistance under its Community Opportunities for Resources Enhancement (CORE) concept, an overarching umbrella under which ROC utilizes its applicable programs to address the specific need(s) of each community. You can obtain more information on the CORE concept by visiting our Programs page.

If you have donated towards a specific project and there are funds leftover, ROC will not return these funds, but rather utilize them towards a future project using its CORE concept.
